How does the video catalogue work?
Every week we film the newest Abayas, Hijabs and accessories in a single video on the home page. Watch it, take a screenshot of the piece you like, and send that screenshot to us on WhatsApp — we reply with the current price, fabric and available sizes.
Why don't you list prices on the website?
Our collection changes weekly, so a fixed online price list would go out of date within days. Instead, prices are confirmed individually on WhatsApp once you send a screenshot of the exact piece you're asking about, so you always get the current, accurate price.
How do I know my size?
Send us your usual size or measurements (bust, length and shoulder) along with your screenshot on WhatsApp, and we'll confirm whether it matches that piece or suggest the right size.
Where do you deliver?
We deliver across Pakistan and internationally — to customers in every country and continent.
Is Cash on Delivery (COD) available?
Yes, Cash on Delivery is available anywhere in Pakistan. For international orders, we'll confirm the payment method with you on WhatsApp.
Where is the Maqnaa store located?
Our shop is at Dupatta Gali, Block 2, P.E.C.H.S., Karachi, open Monday to Saturday from 11am to 8pm, closed on Sunday. See the map on our About page.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy. To be eligible: keep your proof of purchase (receipt), and the item must be unused and unworn with the tag still intact. Message us on WhatsApp with your order details to start a return or exchange.
